CrossFit is the most effective fitness program in the world. It utilizes functional movements with constantly changing workouts to improve fitness, lose body fat and increase muscle mass. This program is effective because of the high demands both physically and mentally. CrossFit X-Press is a program for anyone interested in trying CrossFit, starting back up to CrossFit, or supplementing CrossFit with another sport. At CrossFit X-Press we will focus on conditioning through calisthenics, endurance, kettlebells, flexibility and more. It is designed for the beginner but will test the elite. CrossFit is about general physical preparedness with varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on the website. Our CrossFit Classes are based on a three tiered programming allowing anyone and everyone to participate to their physical levels. These classes are programmed for the elite but can be scaled to any level. You must complete the Elements training sessions before entering these classes. CrossFit Team Workout
The team workout on Saturdays is a Crossfit partner workout in a team setting. The number of people per team changes every week and the tasks do as well.
