What is CrossFit?
CrossFit utilizes many different training programs to create variance as we look to achieve a balance of fitness adaptations including: Strength, Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, and Speed. We believe in training to make our lives outside the gym better and increase our functional capacity to perform any activities we wish. We understand that results take effort and we enjoy pushing ourselves to continually be better.
